So we have barely stepped into summer but fall 2014 fashion is already in full progress. Various fashion designers are having shows displaying their latest creations and setting out the latest trends. Be prepared for fall 2014 styles because they are bold and will make you stand out. Some of the trends you will soon see include:
All things shinny– This fall, be ready to see more shinny, sequined dresses, pants and shirt that will not be only appropriate for evening and parties but for daytime at work. You can try this look with either a full sequined dress or try something small like a shinny shirt with casual pants. Don’t just go for plain shinny apparel; choose a bold color like copper or green.
Pendleton and Navajo print– With these amazing prints you will feel like you’re stepping into another era. These incredible prints will be all over coats, capes and ponchos and you can choose to go all out or let these outerwear pieces enhance your complete outfit.
Textures fabric suits– This fall don’t be surprised to see textures suits and vibrant colors. You are not dreaming and they can be worn to work. Make this trend work and try a textured pant or skirt with a plain top to balance the look.
Colored leather– Leather is back and incorporated into fashion, as always. This time you will see colored leather making its way back. You are sure to see leather in fall colors, everything from pants and skirts to full on leather dresses and suits. For a casual look try loose color leather pantsuit with a nice complimentary top.
Wide pants– I am a little excited about this trend because I have grown sick of skinny jeans. Skinny jeans will still be around but at least wide leg trousers will be there with them.
Plaid is back– This fall expect to see graphic plaid in bright colors and different patterns. Do not be afraid to try it. You can go with a plaid skirt or shirt or a full plaid outfit with different patterns and complimentary colors.
Are you ready for fall? I am ready to enjoy summer and all the sun we can get and slowly step into fall 2014 with all of its magical fashion and exciting trends.
